About

My name is Emma Routhier and I am from a small town in Massachusetts. I have been singing since I was six years old and quickly developed a passion for it. I am a creative and enthusiastic person who loves writing, staying active, and living every moment and opportunity to the fullest.

I have songs out on all platforms and I am trying to always expand my knowledge and love for music of all kinds. I am a pop-artist who enjoys performing live and I'm looking to explore new horizons and get more involved with the music industry. I can't wait to see where it takes me!

Music saved my soul and my biggest goal in life is to give that back. I want to help people the way that music has helped me through the struggles I have faced. Relating to lyrics in a song can help you feel as though you aren't alone and guide you out of the darkness. That feeling of getting lost in your imagination while interpreting a song is a moment I long for in each day that passes. It makes the dark days a little brighter. Music is what you make it out to be. You have the ability to interpret a song however you please. Lyrics can teach you a lesson and help you learn from your mistakes and they can act as filler words while you go through life. Music can fill the holes in your heart after experiencing trauma and it can lift you up to feel powerful and confident. The duality of music is multi-dimensional. Everyone hears songs in their own way yet it still manages to unite us.

So tell me: how do you interpret music?
